    Haha! I like that picture.

    To get words onto the picture, you can open the photo in paint, then all you need to do is click on the text button (is a letter A). Then you just start typing! If you don't want to have a white text box, select the "Transparent" option. I hope this helps! :)

    you can do it on the web with a site like Ipiccy or picmonkey. There are several that do ths.
